Shipping timeframe

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping within Canada and to the US

We offer free shipping for orders shipped to addresses inside Canada and to the US, using a standard service of 3 - 9 day delivery service. If you require Express or Priority Shipping, that is available as an add-on shipping cost to you, the customer, at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Read our Shipping Policy for complete details.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@chronophobiacollective.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
